The continuing policy of Blue Hills Consulting Limited is to provide a professional and efficient service to meet all of the agreed requirements of our customers. This achievement will result in securing efficiency and the enhancement of long-term profitability.

The Management Team bears the responsibility for establishing, maintaining and implementing the system for controlling those particular activities for which they are responsible. We undertake to ensure through instruction, practical example and training that quality is the aim of all members of the Organisation and that each employee has a proper understanding of the importance of the quality system function and its direct relevance to the success of the Organisation.

Equally every employee is responsible for, and will be trained to perform the duties required by his or her specific role. Further the Organisation will ensure that any sub-contractors employed for a particular function will meet specified requirements and will accept the responsibility for their work.

The organisation has a policy of continual improvement and setting of quality objectives in line with the framework laid down within ISO 9001:2000 standard.

The promotion of career satisfaction and progression, through the provision of training and education, exposure to other disciplines and the acquisition of new skills, is key to individual and organisation success.

Health and Safety Policy
It is the policy of Blue Hills Consulting to comply fully with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act, 2005 and to ensure so far as is reasonably practicable, the safety, health and welfare of all employees at our places of work. We commit to provide such information, training and supervision as may be needed for this purpose. The Firms Safety Statement sets out our procedures for minimising the risk of injury and ill-health at our place of work.

It is also the policy of Blue Hills Consulting to protect, so far as is reasonably practicable, persons not employed by the company who may be affected by our activities.

In pursuance of the general statement of safety policy, the company will provide and maintain a safe place of work, safe equipment and safe systems of work. We carry out detailed risk assessments and implement control measures as required. Resources are made available as necessary.

All employees have the responsibility to co-operate with management to achieve a healthy and safe workplace and to take reasonable care of themselves and others.

It is the policy of this company to consult all staff and employees on matters of health and safety and employees are encouraged to comply with their duties under the 2005 Act to notify the Company Management of identified hazards in the workplace.

Blue Hills Consulting Ltd. have experience in both the Public and Private Sector in relation to implementing Health and Safety Standards and Regulations. Every project we are involved include the following:

  • Risk Analysis and Hazard Identification
  • Eliminating Hazards and reducing risk where possible
  • Preparation of preliminary safety and health plan
  • Communicating necessary control measures to the Project Supervisor Construction Stage.
  • Issue of verbal/written instructions to project supervisor construction stage for non-compliance with the health and safety regulations on site.
  • Continuous liaison with Project Supervisor Construction Stage
  • Carrying out the role of Project Supervisor Design Process
