Continuing Professional Development
Blue Hills Consulting is an open learning organization and we place great emphasis on gaining and sharing knowledge in order to grow individual skills and expertise practice-wide.

Our people are encouraged to share with colleagues the lessons they have learnt from project work, by attending seminars, conferences and professional meetings. Information can be passed on through internal presentations, informal talks, site visits and through the practice’s intranet.

We are also committed to the professional development of our people, monitored through an annual assessment and review process. This system ensures that everyone receives an appropriate level and type of training at the time they need it. We encourage people to achieve chartered status and provide training towards Engineers Ireland, CIWEM, or IstructE membership. In addition we offer regular training programmes for all levels of staff, helping them to grow and maintain skills and to keep up to date with current industry trends and developments
